Important Note:

  1. Papers have to be registered & payment received by 31 August 2008 as well as presented at the conference in order for them to be indexed by IEEE.
  2. The Proceedings of ISSCAA will be included in the IEEE Xplore database and indexed by EI Compendex.

Manuscript Submission Procedure

Step 1 - Prepare the manuscript according to IEEE format

  • Please prepare your manscript in the form of .PDF file and are to be limited to a maximum length of six (06) pages (A4 size, single space, Times Roman of font size 10, two columns format), including figures, tables and references. Please use the template posted below when preparing your manuscript.

Step 2 – Check the file for IEEE Xplore Compliance

Step 3 – Submit your final manuscript via the conference submission system [CLOSED SINCE 31 Aug 08]

  • Please note that after Step 2, you are required to submit your final manuscript to the conference submission system. Step 2 is just for you to check for file compliance. Your submission is still not received by the conference, until you complete step 3.
  • Please complete (submission ID, login ID, and sign the form (signature CANNOT be typed in), and fax or email scanned copy to (65) 6356 7471 / Email: isscaa@inmeet.com.sg.
